My universal credit payments have suddenly changed and I do not know why. I have had no change in my income or any other circumstances. How can I find out why there has been a change?
If it is not clear in your universal credit account why your payments have been changed you can –
– ask why your payments have changed in your universal credit online account.
– call the universal helpline on 0800 328 5644 and if you’re still worried after this
– call your local council and ask to talk to a welfare rights officer who can look into it for you.
