Hi everyone,

Hope you are well. We know from the parents we support through our local services that Christmas can be difficult for lots of families. Whether you’re on a tight budget, navigating co-parenting tensions, managing health issues, dealing with child contact arrangements, or spending time alone while your kids are with their other parent—it can be a lot to handle.

I thought this could be a space to share tips for getting through the holidays. If you know of any local family activities or events, pop them in the comments (don’t forget to mention where they are!). Lots of families create new traditions as single-parent families—it’d be lovely to hear how you’ve made things work for your family.
