On 16 July 2024, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Act became law in Scotland. However, the Act only became law after many years of campaigning from organisations across Scotland, including OPFS. This page includes further information about the role that we played throughout the journey towards incorporation.
