Children’s support and childcare

Our project staff in Falkirk can offer one-to-one support to children or work with the parent and child together to overcome difficulties within the family home or in school.

Children can sometimes experience difficulties in their lives such as family breakdown, social isolation or confidence and self-esteem issues.

Our project staff in Falkirk can offer one-to-one support to children or work with the parent and child together to overcome difficulties within the family home or in school.

Our Family Support Workers also run Transition Groups for:

  • Primary 7 children
  • Friendship Groups for P6 – 7 children
  • Nurture Groups for P 1 – 2 children within primary schools in the Braes area.

Childcare

Our Family Centre in Falkirk is a placement provider for children aged two to three who are entitled to free childcare. For more information, please contact the Childcare and Early Learning Team at Sealock House on 01324 506 611.
