Benefit Cap - Impact in Scotland Report

The benefit cap, imposed in 2013 and further restricted to an even lower rate in 2016, has reduced the income of tens of thousands of the country’s poorest families.
One Parent Families Scotland and Child Poverty Action Group in Scotland published a report on the impact of the lower Benefit Cap which was introduced in November 2016 to £20,000 per annum.
