We’re beginning a brand refresh: a review of how One Parent Families Scotland (OPFS) looks, sounds and explains its work. Before we make any design or messaging decisions, we want to hear from the people who know us, and those who are just getting to know us.
Why your feedback matters
We want the way we communicate to reflect who we are and what we stand for: supporting single parent families and working towards a fairer Scotland.
Your feedback will help us understand what comes across clearly, what might be missing and what we could explain better.
You don’t need to be an expert
You might be a single parent, a supporter, someone working alongside us or someone who has recently come across OPFS.
You don’t need to have used our services or know much about us to take part. Your first impressions are valuable too.
We want your honest views, whether that means telling us what works well or where we could improve.
How to take part
The survey takes around 10-15 minutes and is open until midnight on Monday 16 November.
As a thank you, you can choose to enter a prize draw for a chance to win a £30 gift card of your choice.
We’re also gathering views from our staff and board through a separate internal survey. Together, this feedback will help guide the next stage of the project.

Prize draw terms and conditions:
- Entry to the prize draw is completely optional – you have the opportunity to sign up at the end of the survey.
- One entry per person
- This prize draw is not open to OPFS staff
- The prize draw will close at midnight on Monday 16 November
- A winner will be selected at random from those who enter
- We will contact the winner by the end of November, and the winner must claim their prize by 20 December
