Both organisations has supported single parents into long-term, well-paid employment at Public Health Scotland. It offers a scalable model for wider adoption by employers.
Built on co-production and whole family support, this innovative pathway was designed with single parents for single parents, addressing the real barriers they face in accessing and sustaining work.
In this webinar, we’ll share key insights from this approach, including how organisations can better support single parents and create more inclusive, effective employment opportunities.
