The UK Parliament Public Services Committee is examining how the Child Maintenance System (CMS) can be improved to better support families.

They are inviting input from individuals and organisations—including single parents who use the CMS—to help them understand how the system is working, where it falls short, and how it can be made more effective. The insights gathered will shape the Committee’s recommendations to the Government.

If you would like to submit a response, the deadline is 23:59 on Wednesday 23 April.
