Like to learn ways to reduce your stress?

The online group is open to single parents and is based on CBT (Cognitive Based Therapy) based stress and anxiety management.

The course aims to give participants an understanding of the effects of:

  • stress and anxiety on the body and mind.

Participants will learn about:

  • identifying reactions in themselves
  • tools to help cope with stress and anxiety.

A range of relaxation techniques will be experienced.

Facilitators will be:
Donna Ballantine and Dr Vicki Clifford.
