Hi,
I’ve had my son’s maintenance reduced because of train journey costs his dad makes fortnightly. I make train journeys too to drop my son off to him and therefore it costs me too. My son is free because he’s under 5. Is there anything I can do to appeal this ? as I’ve already told CMS this but still his variation was accepted.
