One Parent Families Scotland provides the joint Secretariat for the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Child Maintenance Services along with Gingerbread.

Child Maintenance Services APPG

Founded in 2022, the Child Maintenance Services All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) is a cross-party group made up of members from both the House of Commons and Lords.

The Child Maintenance Services APPG formal purpose is to raise awareness of the processes and powers of the Child Maintenance Services when it comes to the enforcement of child maintenance payments between separated parents and to analyse the failings of the current system and come up with recommendations..

One Parent Families Scotland and Gingerbread jointly act as the official secretariat, as well as providing advice to the Chair and Officers.
