      Hi everyone!

New here. This is ny first post :).
I wonder if there is any group or place where single parent families meet up or organise fun activities toguether.

I have an 8 month old son and think It would be great to know people in similar circunstances to do activities out of the ususal work-clean-feed routine. Aditionally, I think that it’ll be good for my son further down the line to mingle with other in similar circunstances so he realises by himself we are just another family type and there are more out there with only one parent and we’ll be alright

      Hi Ara,
Welcome to our forum. Sorry nobody has replied to you yet.
It might help if you can say what town/city you live in to attract replies from parents that live near you.
Best of luck finding some fun activities for you and your son.

      Hi Ara,
I’ve just moved here, mum to 10 year old. WFH full time and no idea where to start when it comes to meeting people, if possible, I’d like to meet single parents like myself (the struggle is real).
I’m also looking for activities for us both too… Haven’t really found anything yet… I can meet you for a coffee/tea/whatever if you’d like.

Hello! I’m a solo parent to a 3 year old and also looking to meet up with fellow single mums/solo parents. It would be great to meet up, I’m based near Stirling 😊 I’m also looking to join a solo parent group if anyone can recommend any! 😊

Covering your tracks

You may not want other people to know that you’ve been searching for information or help from OPFS.

When browsing the internet whether on a mobile phone, tablet or computer, you leave a ‘history’ trail of pages and sites you’ve visited.

It’s impossible to completely avoid being tracked online but if you’re worried about someone knowing which sites you’ve been looking at, there are some things you can do to help cover your tracks.

If you’re using a laptop or desktop computer, try keeping another document or website open in a new tab or window while browsing. If someone comes in the room and you don’t want them to see what you’re looking at, you can quickly switch to another window or tab.

Deleting browsing history

You can delete the history of websites you’ve visited, but it’s important to know that if you delete your browsing history, someone else using the same device may notice.

If you share a tablet, mobile phone, laptop or computer with someone, they might notice that passwords or website addresses have disappeared from their history.
