About this role
OPFS is the lead partner and accountable body for the Weave Partnership, offering single parent families, and other priority family groups, a single, strengths based plan built around one trusted relationship, on the principle of ‘no wrong door’.
The Weave Project Lead will support the Head of Service (Weave) by leading the operational coordination, implementation and monitoring of the Weave Partnership. The postholder will ensure effective governance, strong partnership working, consistent use of the My Life and Me framework, robust referral and delivery arrangements, clear evidence of outcomes for families, and high-quality reporting and learning for the Scottish Government, partners and wider networks.
